Climate Action for Kids is a non-fiction activity book for 3-5 graders that will be published with Adventure Keen Publishers in early 2026. The book includes a primer on climate change causes, and, most importantly, solutions, to educate and empower young readers. The activities included are meant to steer children away from product-oriented solutions toward finding community and adults already creating change, because through community we find more hope and motivation to solve the climate crisis.

Ian Hunt
Ian Hunt is a writer and climate professional based in New York City. He has a diverse background of experience from planting trees and building trails in California, conserving water around Yosemite, habitat installation in Kentucky, and now works in NYC for one of the country's leading circular economy firms. He has a passion for helping humanity solve one of the biggest issues it has ever faced, the climate crisis, and wants his writing to help audiences find inspiration, comfort, and determination in confronting the crisis through as many different mediums as possible. You can find him exploring the city's bookstores, swimming pools, and parks.
